Changed your mind, doesn’t fit, no problem! If for any reason you do need to return something to us, follow our returns guide outlined below. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Returns Guide: Step-by-Step Instructions

1.     Check Eligibility:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging with original hangtag still attached to the product.

2.     Access our online Returns Centre:

Locate the 'Order Shipped' email you received after your purchase.
Click the link provided in that email to access our Returns Centre.

3.     Enter Your Order Information:

In the Returns Centre, enter your order number. If your order number is less than 5 digits, please add leading zeros to make it 5 digits in total. For example, if your order number is #25, you should enter it as 00025. Secondly, enter the email address associated with your order.

4.     Select Items to Return:

After entering your order information, you will be directed to our online returns center.
Select the items you wish to return from your order and push next. 

5.     Follow the Steps:

Follow the on-screen instructions provided by our Returns Centre to complete your return process.
You will be prompted to choose a reason for your return and to select your preferred return method/courier. 

6.     Prepare Your Return:

Once you have completed the online process, pack the items securely, including all original packaging and tags.
Send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all the original labels attached. 

7.     Ship Your Return:

The goods should be returned using a secure courier company of your choice using a tracked service.  We will not take responsibility for the goods during the return transit. The costs of returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

8.     Receive Confirmation:

Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a confirmation email, and applicable refunds will be issued accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds will be repaid in the same method and currency as purchased.  Any credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card.   Any change or shortfall in the customer’s account which may arise from a foreign exchange gain or loss at the time of the refund will not be the responsibility of Karl Donoghue Limited.
Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable. We do not cover any additional bank charges charged by the local banks. The order is refunded by a UK bank, please allow 14 days for the refund to reach your account.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Karl Donoghue Limited. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs agency directly, this is not something Karl Donoghue Ltd can process on your behalf.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an exchange service, if you would like to exchange please return your item as described above then place a new order after we have received the goods in our logistics depot and made the refund.
Natural markings and variations in shade and texture of the materials we use should not be deemed faulty. If you are unhappy with the intrinsic qualities of your product then these items should be returned within 14 days.
