Delivery terms
We dispatch all orders from Europe.
All prices displayed on our website include UK VAT at the current rate of 20%.
All international customers (outside of the UK) can remove the UK VAT at the checkout by using the code DEDUCTUKVAT20.
Orders to all international destinations will then be sent Duty Un-Paid. Import taxes and customs duty are the responsibility of export customers upon entry to their country.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to fulfil any orders received for delivery within the UK where the VAT code has been applied at checkout.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming the details of the order and order number. When the order is dispatched a second email will be sent informing you of the tracking number and a link to track the delivery.
Orders placed before 12:00 GMT on a working day, we will endeavor to process and dispatch on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 GMT will be handled on the following working day.
We do not deliver as standard on Bank Holidays or weekends; your order will be delivered the next business day.

Please note that all delivery dates are provided as estimates only. We will always do our best to meet our guidance delivery dates and very rarely exceed our estimated delivery windows. These dates do not account for any delays that may arise from the customer's failure to respond to official government clearance notifications or from national or international postal and shipping disruptions, including strikes.
How The UK VAT Deduction Is Calculated
To deduct 20% UK VAT from a given gross amount, we must reverse the process of adding VAT to find the net amount. See below example:
A) Gross value £100.00
B) Divide by 1.20
C) = Net value £83.33
D) VAT element £16.67
C + D = A
Therefore, to deduct 20% UK VAT from a £100 order, we must divide the gross amount by 1.2 to find the net amount, which in this case is approximately £83.33.
